- Generate your legal cancellation notice.
- Coordinate physical mailing via our third-party provider (PostGrid).
- Provide you with real-time status updates and tracking information.
3. Third-Party Sharing
We share your address and cancellation data with PostGrid strictly for the purpose of printing and mailing your letter. Payment information is handled securely by Stripe; we do not store your full credit card details on our servers.
4. Data Retention
We retain your cancellation records to provide you with proof of mailing and delivery. You may request the deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting our support team.
5. Security
We use industry-standard encryption and secure database protocols (Supabase) to ensure your information is protected from unauthorized access.
